About Me

Hello! I'm Brandon Carter, the founder and CEO of Generational Wealth Consulting Inc. From a young age, I've been passionate about business and the art of process improvement. The satisfaction of refining something and knowing I played a part in its enhancement has always driven me. Over my career, I've transitioned from project management roles to more strategic positions, with the ultimate goal of becoming a CEO. However, I wanted to be the CEO of my own company, using my skills to help small businesses thrive and achieve their dreams. This passion is what led to the creation of Generational Wealth Consulting Inc.

My Journey

My educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northern Kentucky University. This foundation was further strengthened by earning an MBA in Project Management from King University. These academic experiences fueled my love for business and set the stage for a career focused on improving processes and helping businesses grow.

 

My professional journey has been diverse and rewarding. At Oak Ridge Associated Universities, I served as a Business Analyst III and Project Manager, overseeing complex projects and collaborating with government agencies. One of my proudest achievements here was leading the creation and implementation of corporate internal process improvements. One of the highlights of my career was leading the GOGO/GOCO project for the CIA, which analyzed the financial benefits for the federal government to own its scientific labs instead of contracting them out. This project, directed by the president, was a significant national endeavor and showcased my ability to manage high-stakes projects.

In the next 5-10 years, we aim to become a trusted name in the consulting industry, recognized for our expertise in project management, strategic planning, and investment opportunities. We seek to connect the culture of thriving city areas to underperforming regions, fostering holistic growth and development.

GW Consulting was founded to bridge the gap between entrepreneurial vision and successful business execution. Inspired by the potential of small and mid-sized business to create lasting wealth for their families, we aim to solve the challenges of business planning and strategic goal setting with expertise and precision. Our purpose is to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ success, helping them navigate complex regulatory landscapes and achieve their long-term goals. The drive to improve and optimize processes has always been a part of who I am. Whether it was finding more efficient study methods or optimizing tasks in my early career, this mindset has always been a driving force.

 

I enjoy playing golf, chess, and staying active in my church community. These activities help me maintain a balanced life, providing the creativity and energy needed to tackle business challenges with a fresh perspective. I also have one child, and being a great father to him and leading by example is incredibly important to me.

 

I am deeply committed to the community in Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and throughout Atlanta. Actively participating in local networking events and community initiatives allows me to support and uplift fellow entrepreneurs.
